What is self-love?
Self-love means giving yourself what your body, brain, and soul needs for the marathon that is life. It isn’t hedonism and it isn’t chasing a physical or emotional high. The practice of self-love is the practice of nourishing yourself (Andrea Brandt Ph.D M.F.T.)
It is about now when the winter is beginning to feel endless, there’s a lot of hunching of shoulders as we battle through rain and winds as we go about our days and our bodies are craving a bit of sun and vitamin D. We can’t offer you the sun, but we can offer you an MOT for your spine and joints , a ‘tune-up of the spine’ , to feel a spring in your step as we hopefully turn the corner into spring in a few months.
